The Last Week in Hawaii

 We began our last few days by saying goodbye to the Tremeas.  Elder Tremea has worked in the accounting office for 10 months with Dennis.

 A few months ago I sent President Obama an email stating that he is my 10th cousin once removed.  To my surprise we got a letter and picture of his family.

 Pretty amazing to get this letter from President Obama.

 We walk by this each day to our office so I wanted a picture of it.

 The students who gave the prayers and scripture that day.  The tall guy is in Dennis office and is going on a mission to South Korea in January.

We ate lunch with Dave, Tina and Sera Bates - my first cousin.

 This was the day that Dennis was given a farewell party.

 Here are many who work in the accounting office with him.

 Dennis got a ukulele which I plan to play.

 This picture was taken the last time we attended the Hawaii temple.

 The temple is so beautiful here.

 Here is our Family History class.  We got leis because we were the speakers in church and it was our last Sunday.

Here are many but not all of our leis.  I was so surprised.

 We spoke at the final  Senior Family Home Evening and they sang Aloha Oi.

 Tanne (an actor in the PCC night show), the Greers and the Pollocks

 Sister Russell became my replacement in my calling when I left.

The time has gone by so fast and we have many wonderful memories.

We have loved our mission in Hawaii and are so grateful we were able to come to Laie.
