Lori and Jacob in Hawaii

Lori and Jacob came to Hawaii for one week on June 24th.  Here we are at the Laie temple.

We liked the inside of the Visitors Center.

We love to see the Laie temple.

We also went to see the USS Missouri.

Jacob and Lori in front of the big guns.

I sat on the captain's chair and Lori stood nearby.

We enjoyed our stay on the USS Missouri.

Lori and Jacob learned a lot on the USS Missouri.

So much fun on the USS Missouri.

We hiked the Waimea Valley.  Lori with the cannonball tree.

Wynnette and Lori in front of the ancient building there.

At the top of Waimea Valley is Waimea Falls.

Dennis, Lori and Jacob all swam in the water and played in the falls.

We loved our time at the Polynesian Cultural Center.  Here we are on the canoes.

We are at Tahiti after we watched a cute story and dance.

Lori and Jacob in the Tahitian Village.

Here we are in Fiji with a couple of our friends.

Lori and Jacob inside a hut at the PCC with polynesian items.

Lori and Jacob in the Hale Aloha for the buffet dinner.

Here we were when they brought out the pig which was cooked underground.

Lori with beautiful Hawaiian flowers.

We were at a Tahitian Morning Devotional.

Here the Tahitian choir sang at the raising of the flag before we ate breakfast.

Jacob and Lori at Shark's cove ready to snorkel - a first for them.

We next went to the Valley of the Temples.

This Japanese Temple is called By-o-do temple.

The site was beautiful with the tall trees and amazing buildings.

We stood in front the Japanese temple.

We really like it there.

Here we are at Dukes at Waikiki.

This is Waikiki - so famous.

Lori and I were at the amazing tree just outside the zoo and at Waikiki.

Jacob and Lori at the National Memorial Cemetary of the Pacific, named Punchbowl.

Here we are eating a picnic on the beach near Goat Island.

What a beautiful setting.

We loved the beach near Goat Isalnd.

Lori got to visit her old elementary school (Laie) where she attended 5th grade.

Here we stood in front of the house where we lived in 1986 on Moana Street.

Here is the chapel where we attended in 1986.  Dennis and I attended here in 1971 and 2006 too.

Lori and Jacob are leaving to go back to Provo.  BYU-Hawaii will have lots of good memories for all of us.
