2nd P day in Paradise - Hawaii

 We began at Hukilau beach.

Since we acquired masks and snorkel, we were excited to use them.

We also visited the beach where we stayed seven year ago in 2006.  It was so fun to see the yellow striped, brown, and tan and blue fish.  Yes, they are still there.

Next we went to Turtle bay which was beautiful.

These rocks are located near Turtle Bay.

The jacuzzi was nice there.

The view at Turtle Bay was beautiful.

Dennis even thought about surfing.

The day and the beauty were perfect.

We are glad we have our car now so we can drive to the different beaches.  Notice, we now have Hawaii license plates.

Our late afternoon included us being at the BYUH game center with many other students to watch the BYU vs Utah football game.  Lots of spirit there.

Monday I went back to my office in the Aloha Center.

Because I had to deliver a document to a sister at the PCC, I stopped at Samoa and was delighted to watch the presentation.

It is so much fun at the PCC.

Monday night's highlight was to go to a fireside with President Gong.  Margaret and President Steven C. Wheelwright of BYUH, Wynnette, Dennis, Elder Gerrit W. Gong and his wife Sister Susan Gong.  Elder Gong will be our speaker at the Devotional on Tuesday.
