Our Thursday activity was going to the King Abdul Aziz Horse Races with our neighbors and friends.
There we were in the stands watching the horses ready to race. Pretty exciting to be there.
Off they went!
It was getting exciting and we could see a clear winner. Dennis always guessed who would win but then again he always chose the winner only in the last 5 seconds. Too funny.
Between each of the eight races, they would prepare the track for the next race.
And they were off to the races again.
Sometimes between races they would parade around the horses up closer so we could see them.
The races continued into the night.
The women especially loved it as we saw the races, ate a wonderful buffet and got to socialize with each other. It was great fun.
