Christmas in Douala

I spent four hours cooking lots of different things.  It was a success and the Elders did get filled up.

Then we played two games.  This one in the picture was where they had 15 seconds to open the present.  We also played the white elephant game where the Elders would trade for the gift of their choice.  Elder Greer made it much more interesting as he noticed that a few gifts were not moving he would put money with the gift and then everything changed.  It was lots of fun.

The delightful event that happened was having the Elders communicate with their families.  The Elders used skype, facetime or messenger so they could see and talk with their families. The African Elders called home and loved it. Christmas 2017 was a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
