Connecticut Capers

We went to the Amusement Park at Lake Compounce.

Kind of fun being at the oldest amusement park in America.

Katie and Victoria enjoyed the rides.

The Greer Hatchlings had lots of fun.

We even did the Merry-Go-Round

Ah... but he got really wet.

It was a great day for us preparing for the 4th of July.

July 4th included a ward event and in the evening lots of fireworks.

The middle of the day was food fun and swimming in Don's pool.

We loved swimming.

It was fun swimming together with Don's family.

We love swimming in Don's pool.

 Here we were in the backyard cooking s'mores - delicious.

Fireworks in the backyard was fun as well a the professional ones at the park.

This summer Alex is working at McDonald's

He is learning a lot and likes it.

Katie and Vickie are doing more bonding since Ellie is away to Harvard for a summer program.

Jana holds down the fort and is taking piano lessons with her girls.

Here's a prevue of the Mercy Ship at the Canary Islands.

This past week they painted the Mercy Ship.  Wow.

We will be joining the Mercy Ship on July 19th.  Pretty Amazing.
