A Week in Laie with Cheryl and Rick

Here we are in our apartment enjoying Hawaii.

During the week of May 5-12 Cheryl and Rick came to Hawaii

 Here we all are at the PCC in the Hawaiian Chapel there.

 We enjoyed eating together at Prime Dining at the PCC.

 Here at the Aloha Luau Cheryl and Rick were on stage with others celebrating their wedding anniversary (50 years for them).  Cheryl was asked what the secret to a long marriage is and she answered, "never say no".  She was a hit.

We went to the USS Missouri where the peace treaty was signed for the ending of WW2 in the Pacific.  Fascinating.

We got to see the green turtle on the North Shore.

We got to see the We Are Samoa Dance Festival (see previous blog site) which was amazing.

It was a fun week in Paradise.  Thanks for coming to Hawaii.
