On Dec. 13th we took seven Alfaisal students to London on a fieldtrip. We were introducing the students to others at King's College in London so they could do academic activities. We took the students to the Bank of England Museum and lifted a gold bar – heavy. We loved listening to the TV where the weather man said it was "clouding about as the rain was slipping south". Where we were there was a "spit and a spot of rain". We loved Big Ben, the Thames River with the London Eye, St. Paul’s Catherdral and Westminister Abbey. We visited sights that were part of Dennis’ mission and ate fish and chips. We also got to see the British Museum to see the Rosetta Stone, the Ramses bust, the Parthenan freezes and the Egyptian and Grecian displays. It was a fun four days in London.
